Dick Bird , has been a resident of Indian River County for over 45 years.  His past community involvement includes 3 years City of Vero Beach Utilities Commission, 6 years Indian River County Planning & Zoning Commission, and 16 years as a County Commissioner.  With this in depth knowledge of the County's infrastructure & Land use regulation he has assisted many builders, developers and individuals with their commercial & industrial real estate needs.  He founded the Company that bears his name 17 years ago.
