Peter J. Connelly, CCIM, has more than 25 years experience in the field of real estate. His expertise encompasses several disciplines, including brokerage, consulting, marketability and feasibility studies, as well as project business plans. His clients represent a variety of organizations, international, national or regional in scope, and include financial institutions, major developers and private investors. At SLC Commercial Bird Realty Group, Inc., Pete has focused his efforts on the brokerage of residential land suitable for planned unit developments, subdivisions and multifamily for sale and rental housing. In addition, he assists clients in the leasing of office and retail space. The geography that comprises his area of study includes the central eastern seaboard of the State of Florida from Stuart north to Melbourne.
