Chuck Cunningham

Chuck came to Florida in 1987 as a principal at the Thomas J. White Development Corp.  They bought & developed the 4,600 acre master planned community know as St. Lucie West in St. Lucie County.  His responsibilities included marketing & sales of several residential communities as well as commercial & industrial properties.  Additionally, he was involved with the development of a spring training facility for the New York Mets.  In 1996, he sold his interest in St. Lucie West and joined Bird Realty Group.  His focus is on large undeveloped properties for residential development and commercial acreage.
