Carolyn has been involved in commercial real estate since 1985, working with retail and office projects located in the southeast United States with a primary focus on Florida and the Treasure Coast. She specializes in leasing and property management of projects ranging in size from single-user to large, multi-tenanted shopping centers. She has earned the Certified Shopping Management and Certified Leasing Specialist designations awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
