Ken was most recently co-owner of two mortgage brokerage/ banking firms for over 28 years. His Experience is in all areas of mortgage finance, portfolio management, wholesale warehouse line administration, mortgage servicing & REO management, including renovations, leasing and liquidations. Summa Cum Laude Graduate of the City University of New York, John Jay College. Past Board Member & Vice Chair of Habitat for Humanity. Past member Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers since 1985. Ken and his wife Patty create a unique team for handling their client’s leasing and sales needs.
