Lois Maltese,

Lois specializes in Commercial Leasing in all areas of office, industrial and retail projects. She has more than 25 years of Business and Sales management experience as well as Real Estate management skills. Having owned, operated and brokered several successful businesses in both the Providence, RI. and Phoenix, AZ. markets, she can relate to many small business issues giving her insight and a unique perspective into the day to day operations of many of our clients. She has served on the national board of directors of NOMDA (the National Office Machine Dealers Association) and was instrumental in promoting and implementing fair standards and practices within the dealer association. She has served on the Grievance Committee for the Martin County Board of Realtors, and is currently serving on the Professional Standards Committee and Arbitration Panel. Lois is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
