Ken Martin, CCIM

Ken Martin has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage since he began his second career in 2002. His previous experience was in the restaurant industry for 20+ years as a multi-unit supervisor. He attended the University of Oklahoma in the early 80's and was involved in multi-unit restaurant operations until 2001. Ken's pleasant demeanor and his desire to work with people is making his career in real estate a prosperous journey. Kens' scope of sales experience is broad, from smaller industrial sales and leasing to large multi-million dollar shopping centers. Ken achieved the prestigious CCIM designation in 2007 after just eighteen months of beginning the program. Ken’s Mentor and “coach” John Auld, CCIM helped him successfully learn and apply the concepts and theories in the CCIM curriculum and ultimately complete the required volume of transactions to qualify as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Ken specializes in the sale of income producing properties as well as industrial sales and leasing.
