Patty Novak
(Broker Associate)
Patty has been a licensed broker in Florida since 1981. Her experience includes corporate relocations, tenant representation, and brokerage of commercial and industrial properties and vacant land. Patty joins us from NAI Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz and Co., where she focused on commercial sales and leasing since 2001. She served as a Director on the Davie Economic Development Board for 10 years, where she became informed on governmental and environmental issues and market conditions. Patty has taken extensive coursework toward earning a CCIM designation.
