Bob recently joined Bird Realty Group as a sales associate, specializing in manufactured home communities and income properties.  He came to the West Coast of Florida in 1963 and developed several communities in Port Richey.  He moved to Vero Beach in 1973 at which time he developed Heritage Village a 440 lot community and in the mid 80's Countryside a prestigious manufactured home community of 1104  lots.  In 1995 he was the Developing Partner of Indian River Square a 250,000 sq. ft. center anchored by Target, Winn Dixie and Office Depot.
