Linda Rochez,

 Specializing in Tenant/Buyer Representation, Linda has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1990. First receiving her New York State Salesperson, then Broker’s license. Upon moving to South Florida in 2000 she received her Florida State Broker/Salesperson license. Formerly, Corporate Relocation Director for Arvida Real Estate Services and Coldwell Banker/Cendant, she assisted Corporations and key employees relocation into the South Florida Area. Participated in the Palm Beach County Business Development Board many Cluster Groups, which included the Life Science and Aviation Group. Also, served on the Board of Directors for the St. Lucie County Economic Development Council and other various local business groups. Member of Bio Florida and has helped facilitate the Scripps Florida relocation. Prior to her Real Estate career, she spent over 15 years in the oil and gas industry.
