Terry is the President & CEO of Bird Realty Group Treasure Coast, Inc. and is  a commercial/agricultural investment specialist with over 31 years' experience in engineering, development and general contracting.  Terry is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a state certified general contractor and engineer.  His experience includes development of upscale residential and commercial real estate in Florida, citrus brokerage in the Indian River District and as a developer of groves as well as a citrus grower.  Terry has been recognized in "Who's Who in American Engineering and Science", "Who's Who in America" and Who's Who in the World".
