Mike Yurocko, a native Floridian and University of Florida alumnus, is the Broker of the St. Lucie office. He has maintained a Florida Real Estate license since the 1970’s. A resident of the Treasure Coast since 2004 after relocating from the Tampa Bay area, he entered commercial real estate full time in 2005 and later joined SLC Commercial in 2007. His early business experience began in Banking followed by a very successful career in the medical device industry, where he was the top producer for over 20 years at a market leading medical device company. He later started a successful medical distribution and service company of his own and retired from the medical industry in 2005.  Mike’s career experiences along with solid entrepreneurial and financial skills qualify him to offer a high level of representation to his clients and potential prospects.  He is involved in leasing as well as asset sales for a wide range of property types, including Retail, Industrial, Office, as well as Multifamily (apartment complexes).  Mike is a Designee in the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
