Michael Yurocko, CCIM, vice president and broker of SLC Commercial, reports the sale of the former Taiwan Express restaurant property at 1660 U.S. 1 in Vero Beach.
Yurocko represented the buyer, Roberts Equities, a private investment firm that currently owns several other retail properties along the Treasure Coast.
According to Yurocko and his client, Randy Tu- lepan, vice president at Roberts Equities, the com-
pany is also under contract to purchase another U.S. 1 property in Vero for redevelopment and an- ticipates announcing further acquisitions in the near future.
Future plans for the restaurant site are also ex- pected to be announced soon.
Seller Charlie Lin, represented by Billy Moss of Lambert Commercial, operated the quick-serve res- taurant at the location for several years.
