Christine Skurka is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with deep roots in Florida. Raised in Fort Lauderdale and a proud resident of the Treasure Coast since 2003, Christine brings over two decades of industry experience to her role at SLC Commercial, where she has been a key contributor since 2015.
Her career began in commercial real estate appraisal, where she spent 10 years honing her analytical expertise. Today, Christine is actively involved in site selection, investment asset sales, and the leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties. She is especially skilled in representing developers, serving as a strategic advisor from project inception through lease-up or sellout. Her input on location, access, product types, pricing, and marketability is both tactical and transformative.
Christine’s background in appraisal and land use equips her to deliver honest, data-driven assessments of market conditions, feasibility, and highest-and-best-use analyses. Her insights are grounded in technical precision and a deep understanding of regional dynamics.
Christine has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
Christine served her community through her City Council appointment as a volunteer member of the City of Port St. Lucie Planning and Zoning Board and Site Plan Review Committee. She is also a supporter of the Port St. Lucie Police K-9 Unit.
