Jaime Chamberlin Elfert, Vice President and Broker at SLC Commercial, brings extensive expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in the sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties.
Jaime joined the SLC Commercial team in February 2020 and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. She is actively involved with the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) organization, and served as the CCIM East Coast District President in 2025 and continues to be engaged in district leadership.
Jaime is an active member of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Leadership Martin County program, Class 33—reflecting her strong commitment to community involvement and professional development.
Jaime and her husband, Patrick, purchased a home in Martin County, and completed the demolition themselves and are taking on most of the renovations themselves. This hands-on experience has provided Jaime with valuable insight into construction, project management, and value-add real estate. Together, they plan to continue investing in and flipping homes and real estate projects in the future. They also enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach or on the water, and trying new restaurants.
Jaime Chamberlin, a native of Martin County, has been immersed in commercial real estate since she was young.
She attended Jensen Beach High School, where she achieved recognition as a state champion volleyball player. Jaime continued her education at Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2018 and an MBA with a concentration in real estate in 2022.
