Sam Zuker of SLC Commercial

Sam Zuker

Associate

Sam Zuker, a distinguished native of Palm Beach County, Florida, made a strategic relocation to the Treasure Coast with his wife in 2020. In 2021, he brought his expertise to SLC Commercial as an associate, marking the beginning of a promising career in commercial real estate.

In 2012, leveraging his entrepreneurial spirit, he co-founded uSaveLED with his father, Harry Zuker. This commercial LED lighting sales company, aimed at the industrial sector, underscored his ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Sam’s passion for commercial real estate was cultivated early on, inspired by his father, a highly successful broker and developer in Florida since the 1980s. This familial legacy fueled his ambition, leading him to obtain his real estate sales associate license in May 2021. Sam embarked on his real estate career in August 2021, just after celebrating the birth of his daughter, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and family values.

Sam Zuker’s journey reflects a blend of entrepreneurial drive, academic excellence, and a deep-seated passion for real estate, positioning him as a valuable asset to SLC Commercial and the broader commercial real estate community.

Sam is an alumnus of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, FL, graduating in the Class of 2005. He continued his academic pursuits at the University of Central Florida, where he honed his business acumen.
