PORT ST. LUCIE — Jeffrey D. Chamberlin, CCIM, SIOR, president of SLC Commercial, announced the formation of a Distressed Commercial Property Workout and Disposition Division within the company. The Division is being led by Chamberlin and SLC Commercial Vice President Michael Yurocko, CCIM.
The company offers a wide array of services related to the handling of distressed commercial assets, including: Receivership Services and Property Management, Accelerated Marketing / Sealed Bid Sales, Pre-Foreclosure Valuation and Consultation, Mediation Services, REO and Note Sales, and traditional Listing and Marketing Services and Sale Negotiations.
The company already counts a number of national banks on its client list, and expects to add more throughout 2010 and into 2011. A few of the foreclosed bank owned properties currently being handled by SLC agents include the 13 acre Tropical Business Park site fronting I-95 in Stuart, a restaurant property in Delray Beach, and a 5 acre site on Berry Avenue in Palm City.
