Terry Torres, owner of SLC Commercial BirdRealty Group Inc. in Vero Beach, has signed two commercial leases on barrier island properties in Vero Beach.
Torres said an Ace Hardware store will open at 915 Beachland Blvd. and a local branch of Fidelity Investments will be located at 3340 Cardinal Drive. Torres said both storefronts will open within 60 to 90 days.
