In the early 2000, a young Chamberlin was the man to talk to when finding out what the current real estate market looked like in Martin County. Now almost 20 years later he is still the man to talk to, only now he talks about the real estate market on the entire Treasure Coast.
“Today’s market is an extremely healthy one where Owner’s have seen their property values rise considerably over the past 36 months, and vacancies at new historic lows,” said Chamberlin.
The time has finally come for new construction activity, but Chamberlin hopes that speculative development will be tempered.

Drew Poston, VP, Broker, provides the company with over 35 years of active experience in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage.
He has represented, sold & leased properties for and to banking institutions, large & small national retailers, government agencies and many individual investors.
He specializes in land sales & acquisition, development, retail sales & leasing.
Mike Yurocko, CCIM, VP, Broker, is actively involved in a wide range of commercial real estate services that include site selection for new and infill retail development, investment asset sales for a wide range of property types including retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and leasing of retail, office, and industrial property. Mike’s career experiences along with solid entrepreneurial and financial skills qualify him to offer a high level of representation to his clients and potential prospects.
Cooper Osteen, VP, Broker, was born and raised in Ft. Pierce.
Through his work in real estate and appraisal businesses, Cooper has gathered a wealth of knowledge in many sectors of the local real estate market including commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential. Cooper’s scope of knowledge and experience is a key asset in assisting buyers and sellers in the local market.
Terry Torres CCIM, VP, Broker, is a commercial/ agricultural investment specialist with over 49 years’ experience in engineering, development and general contracting.
His experience includes development of upscale residential and commercial real estate in Florida, Puerto Rico and Tennessee.
He specializes in land brokerage, land development and agricultural properties in the Indian River District. Terry’s other focus is commercial/ development land and income properties, along with financial analysis and preparation of bank finance packages for income properties.
Carol Bush CCIM, Broker Associate, joined the SLC Commercial team in 2013 and specializes in sales and leasing of office, retail and bank-owned properties in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
With more than 30 years of experience representing private and institutional clients, Carol has handled a wide range of commercial properties from retail centers to vacant land for development.
John Auld, CCIM, Broker Associate, specializes in industrial buildings, land, and income properties.
John has spent more than 35 years marketing commercial real estate and managing property in Florida and Vermont. Ken Martin, CCIM, Broker Associate, has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage since he began his second career in 2002. From the start of his career with SLC Commercial in 2004, Ken has completed hundreds of transactions including both sales and leasing of retail, office, and industrial real estate.
Ken’s scope of sales experience is broad, from small industrial sales and leasing to large multi-milliondollar shopping centers. His primary focus is industrial real estate.
Ken Novak is an Accredited Commercial Property Manager (ACoM) and heads up Property Management for SLC Commercial.
In addition to commercial sales, Ken also has extensive leasing experience for retail, office and industrial properties.
Patty Novak, Broker Associate, has been a licensed broker in Florida since 1981. Her current focus is sales and leasing commercial properties including retail, office, industrial, and vacant land.
Christine Skurka, Broker Associate, has been an appraiser since 2005 for the commercial real estate industry and joined SLC Commercial in 2014. She focuses on all phases of commercial real estate sales, leasing and development.
She is involved in her community through her City Council appointment as a member of the City of Port St. Lucie Planning and Zoning Board. Her diverse background is an asset when providing clients with an hone st and accurate assessment of the market, development/feasibility analysis and highest/ best use analysis.

Al Cicchese, Broker Associate, has been a part of SLC Commercial for four years and possesses over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. He has vast knowledge of the Florida markets.
Al specializes in retail development and site location with a major emphasis in commercial brokerage for investors, developers, and national tenants expanding in the Florida area. He is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Peter Perry, Broker Associate, is a Commercial Real Estate Specialist focusing in commercial land development. He brings over 35 years of management and business experience to the commercial real estate market in South Florida. He has 18+ years of handson commercial real estate experience as the developer, owner, and manager of commercial office and warehouse properties.
He possesses indepth experience in development, marketing, financing and project management for large, complex projects and has quickly become proficient in the Florida commercial real estate environment.
Bryant Ruiz, Associate, has lived in Palm Beach County since 1978. He has spent the last 17 years in the Mortgage Business as a Mortgage Loan Originator. He will be servicing clients in North Palm Beach commercial real estate market.
